Dough rolling and pasta making machine 2 in 1
Made of stainless steel and cast iron.
Very heavy and stable. The machine consists of a rolling pin and a pasta cutter.
It can roll out doughs with a width of 150 mm and adjustable thickness (9 thickness settings, thinnest 1.5 mm).
Two types of pasta noodles can be prepared with the cutter, 1.5mm thread and 6.6mm ribbon.
Other attachments can also be used, e.g. for dumplings.
The machine is also suitable for the production of tobacco products.
With this machine you can prepare, among other things:
