5 in 1 pasta maker.
Made of cast steel and chrome-plated stainless steel. Very heavy and stable.
The unit consists of:
Dough rolling machine
Pasta trimming attachment
Dumpling tray with diameter 8cm
Dumpling mould with a diameter of 10cm
Rounder (cutter)
Ribbon pasta cutter 5 mm
Crank
Table top clamp
It is possible to roll out dough of a width of 15 cm and adjustable thickness (9 settings of thickness, the thinnest 1.5 mm).
The punch can be used to make two types of pasta, a 2mm thread and a 6mm ribbon.
The machine is also suitable for the production of tobacco products.
The body of the machine is also a Dough Roller. Attachments can be mounted on the body.
The set includes a pastry cutter and pastry moulds.
Other attachments in this standard can also be used.
