4-in-1 MACHINE FOR ROLLING DOUGH, MAKING PASTA and DUMPLINGS by KINGHOFF
Made of cast steel and chrome-plated 18/10 stainless steel. Very heavy and stable.
A model that produces 2 dumplings in a line.
The device consists of:
- Dough rolling machines
- Pasta cutting attachments
- Molds for making dumplings, 8 cm in diameter
- Molds for making dumplings, 10 cm in diameter
- Knurls (cutting die)
- Cranks
- Countertop clamp
You can roll out dough with a width of 15 cm and adjustable thickness (9 thickness settings, the thinnest 1.5 mm).
Using the die, you can prepare two types of pasta, 2 mm thread and 6 mm ribbon.
The machine is also suitable for the production of tobacco products.
The body of the machine is also a DOUGH ROLLING MACHINE. Attachments can be mounted on the body.
