Description
The serrated kitchen knife is made of high quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with a high carbon content of 1.4028/X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is that it is resistant to all kinds of scratches, abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome molybdenum steel, extremely hard, resistant to deformation and susceptible to sharpening. The knife has been made according to the traditional art from a single piece of steel, the transition between blade and handle is seamless. The handles made of solid steel are ergonomic and allow a safe hold without slipping.
