Description
Professional cast iron meat grinder #32 Requires permanent fixing to countertop. Made entirely of cast iron (cast). This version is suitable for both electric and hand-powered motors. The most important part of the machine is perfectly matched worm gear mounted on a bearing, which set in a slow rotational motion (manually driven by crank/wheel or motor) moves pieces of meat in the direction of rotating along with the worm gear shredding knives meat squeezed through a disc with small holes with sharp edges.
The machine is solid, functional and easy to clean. It is made entirely of galvanized cast iron, which ensures durability and strength. Machine is designed for electric motor! It has a bearing on the worm. It can be driven in two ways, by two drive wheels - a large wheel on the razor with an outer diameter of Ø30cm or a small pulley on the motor Ø6cm.
