Description
Professional cast iron mincer #22. Made entirely of cast iron. This version of the machine is suitable for both electric motor and manual drive. An important part of the machine is a matching worm gear mounted on a bearing, which, set in a slow rotary motion (manually driven by a crank/wheel or by a motor), moves pieces of meat in the direction of the mincing knives rotating together with the worm gear, which are squeezed through a disc with small holes with sharp edges.
