Applied marble coating, thanks to which it gains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat well. Combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings.
The marble coating on this pan makes the cookware extremely resistant to any scratches and durable. This type of pan also allows you to fry with a minimum of fat, because the pan heats up similar to stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.
