CERAMIC PRESSURE STONE FOR SILDERING CABBAGE 15cm ORION 113063
Pressure stones will keep the preserves in the pot below the surface of the juice that fills the pickling vessel.
The stone is divided into two parts, both of which have additional holes to facilitate their removal and insertion. This also allows them to be placed in vessels with a narrower opening than the diameter of the entire pressure stone.
It prevents air from entering the pickled products, which favors the entire process and allows for a better taste.
