Cookie/cookie recipe:
Dough:
4 cups flour
¾ cup sugar
1 melted butter
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon soda
2 tablespoons sour cream
Special frying pan or electric nutcracker
Knead the dough from all the ingredients. Shape the dough into balls approximately 1 cm in diameter. Heat up the frying pan, first grease the wells with a little oil using a brush. Into the hot pan or toaster oven, place the balls in the dimples. Close and hold for about 30 sec. When they have browned, remove them. Evenly sized shell halves should be formed. The unfilled shells can be stored in the bag for a long time.
Mash:
½ margarine
½ cup water
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2½ cups powdered milk
Boil all the ingredients except the powdered milk. Mix the cooled mixture with 2 and ½ cups of powdered milk (must not be granulated!) with a spoon. Wait a while until the mixture has set slightly. Fill the pecan halves with the mixture and fold in.
