Titanium coated cookware is characterised by good heat distribution, so that the time spent frying or braising under the lid is reduced to a minimum. Titanium is one of the most durable materials, with the properties of ceramic. The titanium coating is valued for its durability and resistance to mechanical damage, and heat treatment can be carried out with little or no fat. The greatest advantages of titanium-coated cookware include:
fast and even heating, which makes the risk of burning or undercooking food low, and the heat-insulating properties of the material allow the temperature to be maintained for a long time, which saves energy.
Non-stick and fat-free frying - a titanium-coated pan prevents food from sticking to the surface and does not require the use of fat or significantly reduces its use.
In contrast to Teflon-coated equipment, titanium-coated cookware is distinguished by its particular resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage that can happen when using various accessories such as spatulas and cutlery. It is impossible to avoid stirring and turning food while cooking it, as this is simply impossible. Meanwhile, even the most delicate accessories can destroy the coating after a while and small fragments from the coating end up on our plate. By using titanium cookware, this problem disappears and we can enjoy healthy cooking without worrying that it could be harmful to us.
