Features:
Marble coating is a non-stick Teflon coating enriched with marble dust, which makes it harder. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains the advantages of Teflon: it does not burn, it distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings in this.
