BERLINGER HAUS roasting tin from the GRANIT DIAMOND series with non-stick PFOA-free granite coating.
Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers.
Tempered glass lid with ventilation hole incorporating a stainless steel dispensing handle (Arom Knob). Thanks to the innovative Aroma Knob, you can dispense spices or oil, e.g. flavoured oil, into the baking tray. The food will thus be juicy and will not burn.

Triple granite non-stick coating free of harmful PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) and free of cadmium and lead compounds. The new generation granite coating is the choice for all those who want to easily prepare healthy and tasty meals, forget about food sticking to the bottom of the pot or baking tray and serve food with natural flavour and fully juiced. Can be used for both stovetop and oven cooking.
The granite non-stick coating is a layer of modern Teflon which has been enriched with granite grit, giving it a greater hardness. It is harder than ordinary Teflon, but at the same time retains the advantages of Teflon: it does not burn, it distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings in this.
The granite coating makes the cookware extremely resistant to any scratches and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows frying with a minimum of fat, as the cookware heats up similar to stone and gives off heat over its entire surface.
