Granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite grit, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains its advantages: it does not burn, it distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, surpassing even ceramic coatings in this.
