Cast-iron roasting tin with lid also used as a grill pan by BRUNBESTE
The cast iron of which the dish is made is thick and heavy in order to properly accumulate and maintain the high temperature.
The black surface is achieved by a unique process of firing the cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature.
The surface has been additionally oxidised to make it less prone to rusting.
The lid is also made entirely of cast iron. Stainless steel handle.
Suitable for all types of cooker and induction cookers.

Directions for use:
Rinse and dry before use.
Wash with a brush after use.
After drying, grease with vegetable oil.
Do not prepare acidic food.
Do not store food.
The dish is not stainless. Oxidation reduces the susceptibility to rust, but does not prevent it.
