Description
Meat crushing machine (chopper) made of cast iron and covered with a layer of zinc. The machine is equipped with two rollers made of cast iron, which, when rotating, crush the meat fibres, thus softening them. The softener is attached to the worktop with a screw mechanism with a metal cover.
The machine is perfect for home use as well as for canteens and restaurants.
