Description
A meat tenderiser (chopping machine) made of cast iron and coated with a layer of zinc. The tenderiser is equipped with two cast-iron rollers which, as they rotate, crush the meat fibres, thus softening them. The tenderiser is attached to the countertop by a screw mechanism with a metal cap.
The tenderiser is ideal for use at home as well as proving its worth in canteens or restaurants.
