Description
Professional iron mincer #32. Requires permanent fixing to the worktop. Made entirely of cast iron (cast). This version of the machine is adapted both for electric motor and manual drive. The most important part of the machine is a perfectly matched worm gear mounted on a bearing, which, set in a slow rotary motion (driven manually by a crank/wheel or by a motor), moves the pieces of meat in the direction of the meat cutting knives, which rotate together with the worm gear and are pressed by a disc with small holes with sharp edges.
The machine is robust, functional and easy to clean. It is made entirely of cast iron, which ensures high durability and strength. The machine is designed for electric motor! It has a bearing on the worm. It can be driven in two ways by two drive wheels - large for the machine with an external diameter of Ø30cm or small pulley for a Ø6cm motor.
