Description

Set of 8 dumpling making tools made of stainless steel durable, robust, easy to use and easy to clean. The set makes it easy to make dumplings, ravioli, fruitcake, ravioli, puff pastry. As the surface of the product is relatively sharp, it should be used with care to prevent injury.

Set includes:

- 1 x mobile pastry cutter

- 1 x dumpling mould: 9.5 cm in diameter

- 1 x dumpling mould: 7.5 cm diameter

- 2 x spatula for filling (16 cm long)

- 3 x dough cutting rim: ⌀7.5 cm , ⌀8.5 cm ⌀9.5 cm

Instructions for use:

Make the dough for the dumplings. Recommended recipe: (for 50 dumplings), 2 cups of crisp flour (type:450); 1 cup of hot water,0.25 cups of oil, 1 egg yolk. Knead the dough, roll out with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

First make a dumpling wrapper with a dumpling making kit (use round moulds) or a movable cutter with a handle, then place the wrapper on a folded dumpling tin. Spread some pastry filling over this using a spatula, moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Finally, fold and press down to seal the dumpling perfectly This makes it quick and easy to make a large number of dumplings.

Rinse with water shortly after use.
