Carbon content of 1.4028 / X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is,
that it is scratch resistant, and an increased resistance to abrasion and
corrosion. The chrome-molybdenum steel blade is extremely hard,
Resistant to deformation, susceptible to sharpening. The transition
between the blade and the handle is seamless. The handles are ergonomically shaped,
non-slip and provide a secure hold.
