Description
6.2L / 33cm roasting tin made of cast iron. Very heavy. Enamelled on both sides. Profile bottom without edges makes it easier to put food on the pan and keep it clean. It is resistant to abrasion and high temperatures. Deep, ideal for frying and baking. Cast iron lid with a stainless steel handle.
Can be used in the oven and on the fire. Suitable for all types of cookers: gas, electric, halogen and induction.
As it is enamelled on both sides it does not require special maintenance.
