Granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite grit, thanks to which it obtains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but at the same time it retains its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of both cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings.
The granite coating makes the cookware extremely scratch-resistant and durable. This type of pots and pans also allows you to fry with a minimum of fat, because the cookware heats up similar to a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.
The composition of the aluminium body and the ferromagnetic base allows the use on induction and all other types of cookers and to use the best acutamic properties of cast and forged aluminium on all cookers and hobs. Capable of cooking/frying at temperatures up to 220°C.
